When I Install Inferno vBShout in my forum then show this error look attachment picture
Then I Install This Script In My Other Then Working Great Please Tell Whats Problem In MY Forum ?

Questions/Problems regarding modifications/styles need to be asked in the modification/style thread. That is where the support for modification/style is - not out here in the main forums. Please note that if a modification/style is unsupported (or even if it says it is supported), you may be on your own if you chose to install it.

You Are Right But I Not Need Mod Help I Sure This Is My Forum Problem Beacuse I Try This Mod In Another Forum Then Working But In My Forum Give Database Error ?

That error is from the modification. You didn't post the full error though, so nobody can help anyway.
