From vB3 to vB4

Hi,

I have a question. On my vB3 admin controlpanel, I received the news that lifetime licenced members are able to download vB4. I went to members.vbulletin.com and there was link to download vB4, but when I click on it, it said Download 4.0.2 Patch Level 11 - is that already with 4.0 or have I got it all wrong - like, I have to pay to download the first version of it?

You need to ask this on vbulletin.com, licence and download issues are their domain. :)
