Mod for Reddit-style upvoting/downvoting?

I'm looking for a simple mod that will permit users to upvote or downvote a thread or post, much like what's seen on Reddit.

Although star ratings and "thank you" mods seem to be popular among the vBulletin crowd, they're not what I'm looking for. I'm just looking for a simple upvote/downvote system; no thank yous, no star ratings, nothing complicated.

No response? I'd like to to have reddit style polls. Basically members can up or down vote on multiple items in a poll. They can change their votes. Also there should be the option for users to be able to add an item to the poll that others can vote on. If some poll items are similar a moderator can merge them.
