Someone who can upgrade from 3.7.3 - 4.1.11

Hello.
I hope that i have posted in the correct place.

Im wondering if there is someone who would be wiling to help me upgrade from the old 3.7.3 version of forums to our new 4.1.11 version. Im only learning the ropes with vB and im not confident with tackling it myself.

I could offer something for the help but not sure how much etc.

Any help with this would be much appreciated
