Hey, my forums are kinda slow at the moment, need some additional traffic, is there any kinda forum promotion websites?
I've already tried Postloop.com, and according to them, That i'm not good enough for them to continue bussiness with.
And no, I wasn't spamming.

Best way is to build up links with Similar sites in your niche,Also Facebook and twitter Accounts can help bring in members who may like your content too,The more Great info you have on site the better of course.
I would stay away from these forum promotion types mate to be honest and just look to keep building up a good base week by week
