I have configured the refresh every 10 minutes but don't work.

Well that really doesn't explain a whole heap of a lot. What exactly is going on? Have you tried to "Run the Scheduled Task Now" option? Have you made sure the "Feed is Enabled"? Is the RSS Feed link correct?

Yes, work all fine manually but with the robots the feeds don't refresh automatically.

I have no idea which feeds you are talking about. Are you using a feed to add content to your site? If so, please provide a link and tell us the exact settings you have applied on the RSS Feed Setting page. If you are talking about the feed for your site, then please provide a link.

And what is the feed link?

And do you have a busy enough forum that the job is actually running every 10 minutes? And is there enough in the feed that it would actually provide anything every 10 minutes?

Yes. I have a site of news. 10 minutes is only for a test.
