How to install a mod?

OK, I'm veeeery new at this and need what is probably some very basic help.

I've been looking for a way to add breadcrumbs to the bottom of each thread page and found Lynne's excellent looking work here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=229290&page=13

Naturally, I'm stumped by step one:

To install:

1. Import product-lynne_lower_breadcrumbs.xml

How do I import it? Where do I import it? I've spent some time searching for a thread or article about this but can't seem to find one.

Any help is appreciated!

Go to AdminCP > Plugins & Products > Manage PlugIns > Add/Import Product

Some mods will require file uploads as well. Make sure to upload them into the appropriate folders.
