Not sure if there is a mod that will do this... I am looking for a mod that will disable a users privilege from downloading attachments... not the whole usergroup, only specific users!
I would like this mod because some users are active and post replies, ask questions, and get involved. Others just download and never post a thanks, a comment or contribute anything to the forum...
If a mod was made to disable a users privilege to download attachments and show the user a notification like... 'Your Download Privileges Have Been Disabled Until Further Notice' or something like that... I think I might lose the member with a mod like this but that's ok because all they are doing is grabbing the goodies!
