My first licensed was bought 5 years ago and of course now is expired.
When i enter the codes it shows me not valid.

Why sould i need to buy a new one ?

Waiting for some explainations.

If you had a leased license that expired you should not be using it and therefore have no need to use vBulletin.org.

If you had an owned license you should have access still, make sure the email address on your vBulletin.org account is the same email used on your vBulletin Customer account OR one of the emails you have registered in priority forum support in your Member'a Area.

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive.

To protect our customers privacy you will also need to Opt-In to license validation for all Support Sites. You must authorise vBulletin.org in order to validate your license status here. You can do this at the page linked above for your distributor. Make sure to set the permission to allow vBulletin.org to validate your status.

The update of your account can take up to one hour.
