Khan Saab to me it looks like its a page where u can see which forums have the most threads/posts in it ??? TOP POST AREAS sounds like it .... you can use top statistics mods from vb.org i believe and it might not do the same thing but something very similar to this one.

He wants to see the list of posts a user has made with the post count in each forum when viewing 'user profile', I have seen this thing in the most horrible digitalpoint forums so it must exist for sure?

If it's used somewhere, of course it exists. But that does not mean that it exists on vb.org. Shawn is perfectly capable of coding his own stuff.
