Simple resize logo please

Hello,

I have a logo that I use as a favicon and it has been edited a few times and I cant find the size that I need.

I need this image in about 3 sizes, I can do it, but I cant get the quality as good.

one about 50% and one about 150%

I need a transparent background so that it blends in with any color background at the moment it has a white background, If this is possible it would be great.

The problem you have is the enlargement, it's better to start large and reduce thus.

If you know the font or have a close match then creating something from scratch would be easier, the gradient is simple enough!
