Custom Forum-Subforum Title Tags, Is it possible?

I posted this on .com but realized it's more of a modification and this should be the right place to hopefully figure out a solution...

Hi, I need help with appending Forum Titles to Page Titles in the Title Tags. I was able to do it on 3.8 but can't manage to get it to work on VB4. Anyone?

Here's what I had in mine:

Title Tag for a thread: Test Thread - Forum Feedback Section Forum

Also for forums where I have sub-forums, how can I append the forum title to the sub-forum title? There has to be a way...

Title Tag for a Sub-forum: North Jersey Meets & Social Events - New Jersey Events, Hangouts & Social Meets

OK, I understand the part about adding the forum title to the title tag on the showthread page. I don't quite understand the second part - are you talking about changing the title tag on the forumdisplay page, or are you still talking about the thread page (but you want the main forum and subforum names)?

Sorry the 2nd part, if it's do-able, Im trying to add level 2 sub-forum title(New Jersey Events, Hangouts & Social Meets) to the end of level 3 sub-forum title(North Jersey Meets & Social Events).

Where? Everywhere it's displayed? Or are you still talking about the title tag (and if so, on which page(s))?

Edit: Anyway, in the SHOWTREAD template you can use {vb:raw GLOBALS.forum.title_clean} and put it in the title tag. But if you want the parent forum title on there as well you're probably going to need to use a plugin.

hey just the title tags I am talking about and yes my goal is to the parent forum title associated with its child title in the title tags but I can't seem to get that to work. Is there even a plugin in existence for that?

Also for the articles section, my global forum title shows before article title tag and I can't find where to change that and reverse it?
