Logo not changing and bkground of notices aren't either!

I feel like such an idiot asking this question -

But, I have uploaded and installed a new skin, changed the PSD and uploaded and overwritten the previous logo to my own customised logo, but it's not changing!! It still says Creative Creatures. Any idea why? I have cleared my cookies, forced refresh, checked on a different browser and used both my partners and my phone to access and it's still showing the old logo!

Same goes for the background of notices. I've changed the background and shadow colour of the notices via stylevars and it appears to have been processed but it's still showing as yellow on the theme. :(

Can you guys please have a look and see if its the same for you. Any ideas what I can do?

I'm a bit disappointed, I bought this template and have been looking forward to uploaded it and showing my members as I'm sure they will like it, but I can't get it right, and it just seems so simple!! I want it to look right before I announce it :)

How did you insert the logo image? I looked at it in firebug and it looks rather convoluted the way it was done. I see the circle of friends logo but there's an image right under it that's breaking the left side of the forum. All the way down in the forum headers on the right is the colored image but on the left is the VB default color.
Also I'm looking at it on a 23" screen at 1920x1080 and there is absolutely no left or right margins.

It's a fluid skin and everything appears ok in my FireFox browser except the logo, does it really look that messed up to you? =\

I changed the logo by simply overriding the file, firstly via Ftp access and then thru cpanel file directory as it appeared to not be changing.

I think I may know what may have happened there. I reloaded my laptop this morning, loaded the page and it was messed up.... Last night I uploaded the image files and I uploaded them to the wrong place so it messed up with another theme I was using. I've had to delete that theme (it was going anyway) and temporary replaced it with another until I get this one sorted.

I'm still not seeing the logo and the notices are still yellow though. :(

I've tried removing the theme, images and reuploading but I'm still getting problems. The style link has now changed to this: http://www.friendscircle.co.uk/forum.php?styleid=69
