Have your turned off your forum archive?

I've been considering turning off our forum archive recently and would be interested to hear if other VB forum owners had turned theirs off. If so how did it impact on your forum?

Is there a reason why you would not turn off your archive?

Bump. :p I'm on 3.8.5 and have had my archive switched off for a few years. Is there any benefit to having the archive switched on and available for google to crawl? Or do you get penalized for it being duplicate content?

Leave it off. The archive was once useful, but search engines have been perfectly capable to spider vB's standard pages for years now. There's just no benefit in having it on anymore.
