vBulletin 'Reset' Style - HTML5

Hi everyone,

I am looking at doing a complete redesign of my site. It's run using Wordpress and vBulletin. I have found a nice reset theme for Wordpress that allows me to build up my own code and styles over the top. Does anyone know of any such thing for vBulletin?

What I am most interested in is creating a responsive design for mobile viewing...

vB4 already uses a reset css. The biggest hinderance in building perfect responsive themes right now is stylevars, you would have to edit alot or redo the whole CSS templates.

Also to add, vB4 comes with a native mobile style, which auto detects and applies while using forums on mobile.
