Upgrading to vBulletin & want banner ads

Hello! I am currently running a forum using phpBB and am thinking about switching to vBulletin. My primary reason for the switch is because I want to include some banner ads at the top of the forum page. I've been searching this forum for days and my brain is numb from trying to find a simple solution so I hope that someone can help me with some basic info on both including banner ads in the forum and managing them.

Here is what I'd like to do:

1. Place banner ads at the top of each forum page and would like to offer 2 or 3 different size ads. The banner ads at the top of this forum is similar to what I'd like to do (http://forum.m1911.org/forums.php).

2. Offer some type of tracking or click counts to the advertisers. I plan on offering ads for specific time periods such as monthly or annually and will sell the ads myself. KISS is my objective.

Is there an add-on to the vBulletin software that will allow me to do this? My programming skills could probably be described as "intermediate." I'm no expert but have some experience.

For your first question, you can place banner with ease in vb with the built in Ad Manager. If you want to display the ads in additional other places you can do so by either entering the code manually in the appropriate templates or use one of the other ad mods in the Mod Section.

For the second question, I haven''t seen such a mod that you want, but you can request one to be made for you at the Paid/Unpaid Request Forum.
