I've uploaded the 4.2 files into my database and when I ran the install/upgrade.php I got this error message-
vBulletin 4.0 requires PHP version 5.2 or greater. Your PHP is version 5.1.6, please ask your host to upgrade I did think that because the upgrade had failed I would be able to carry on with 3.8 but now I can't log into my admin cp or anything. Is there a way that I can simply overwrite the 4 files with 3.8 until my host has upgraded? I have taken a backup which is on my hard drive but haven't a clue how to restore it from that in plesk, any help would be appreciated..
