Having issues with RSS Feeds not updating right away. I believe they are being cached somehow but I'm not totally sure if the vb Optimise is responsible for this. Can anyone help me with this? Are they references I need to make in htaccess or changes to code I need to make?

Filecache is 0777
Still won't run since it says Filecache isn't writable. I've tried 0755 and 0777. Same message.
I deleted everything in the Filecache directory. Was there an index.php in it? Could that be my problem?

Do you have a plugin that minifies CSS and Javascript? This is a big deal now that Google Pagespeed is affecting rankings.

Are you going to possibly answer my question?I answered your question in the post above yours.
For the future, questions posted @ our site will get responded to much quicker, as the notification system @ our site is a lot better than vB.org :)

installing other modifications that are necessary for the growth of the forum at things that need to be minified. I do not see where that needs to be done on the fly. other plugins in WordPress create new CSS files and such which are accessed. Anyways Google PageSpeed is demanding that these things are be done or it is penalizing us inside of search results.especially with its new mobile update.
also this is something that vBSEO did

I am getting the following error occasionally. Maybe once or twice a week. I believe it is related to this plug in but I am not positive.
Invalid SQL:
SELECT data, expires, locktime, serialized
FROM cache
WHERE cacheid = 'vb_types.types';

Anyone?Have you tried checking the settings to make sure it's been activated, and you've selected a cache type? If you don't have one installed, choose Filecache.

You will need to do as it says, check the php.ini configuration for the cache type you selected. If you chose Filecache and receive that message, please CHMOD /dbtech/vboptimise/filecache to 0777.
