I'm not sure if anyone else has had these errors come across, but this is the 2nd one I've got in 2 months.
Database error in vBulletin 4.2.0:

Invalid SQL:
SHOW CREATE TABLE `vb_taggregate_temp_1339494960`;

MySQL Error : Table 'vb_taggregate_temp_1339494960' doesn't exist

I've searched plugins and can't find anything relating to this error, and I've also searched files with nothing relating to this error.

Did the IP show it was from a search engine or from russia or china?

Not sure what that is, but it doesn't look like a hacking attempt IMO

That's the temp table name used by the threadview.php cron job, but the thing I don't understand is that there is no "SHOW CREATE TABLE" in that code.

Edit: ...but that's used by the backup function. Are you by any chance using cron based backup? I'm thinking maybe it's just that it's trying to back up a temp table after it's been deleted.

You can safely delete that table, as Kevin says if you have a cron based backup thats running every month then there's your two instances, the table is created when one of your tables corrupts or crashes...etc
