Accessing board via a proxy

I was at a restraunt using thier wifi connection and when I tried to access my board, I received a message that said: The administrator does not allow access to this forum via a proxy server. Is there a way I can turn this feature off?

Nobody has seen this when trying to access thier board from a free wifi connection somewhere?
