We really need a lot more information than that if there's any hope of helping you. I'm guessing you mean that you upgraded and now you've lost some members? If that's right, then do you mean there information is gone from the database?

Edit: OK, I see the image you added, and the 15000 or so members seem to be in "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation". Are these members who can't log in now, or is it just the count of members displayed somewhere that went down?
