View Full Version : Cannot allow users to edit their profile pic

Running version 4.1.12.

I can't seem to allow users to add a customer profile pic. Members are part of a single Registered Users group, which has permissions wide open with regards to avatars and profile pics. All settings set to YES. The User Picture Options setting group also has everything set to YES.

The only thing that seems to work is if I make a user an administrator. Then they have to log into the admin control panel and modify it that way.

What am I missing here?

What happens, are they getting an error or do they just have no option to select to add a profile picture? (Should be "Edit Profile Picture" under "My Settings" on the settings page).

If you have a custom style you could try creating a new style with no parent and see if that solves the problem.

It's working now for some reason. I must have changed something that fixed it. Don't know, but happy it's working.
