View Full Version : Is it possible to split icons among two boards?

Ok, here's one:

I currently work on a board that has two spearate sections, (one for hockey, one for football).

I'm trying to change the hockey (Sabres) board so it doesnt have any football (Bills) helmets on it.
If you look now, it has football helmets for icons. I have separate ones for hockey, I just don't know how to add them to that board. It's as if the board can't recognize the two separate sets of icons, so it defaults to using the first set for both boards.

This is my sub forum hockey board:

As you can see it is not my main forum. How do I change the on/off just for this forum(s) and not have it affect the other ones? Or is it not possible to split the one board into two separates with icons independent of each other?

Thanks in advance for any tips.

Go to your admin control panel.

First, make a style called Football and one called Hockey.

You can make them identical, except change the icon sets to match the sport.

Now...

Under Forums and Moderators, click Modify.

You'll see this

http://vbulletin.com/manual/forums.html#1

Under Style Options, set the Custom Style Set for this forum to Hockey.

Then set Override users Custom Styles to Yes. This causes that forum to always display the chosen style.

That's all folks.
