recaptcha verification not working

hi friends,
today i upgraded my site vbulletin to 3.8.7 patch level 2 from 3.8.6
but after upgrade i found that recaptcha image verification is not working and giving error " The string you entered is incorrect" even entering correct recaptch code. How to solve it?

Try creating a new style with no parent and see if it works using that style. Also, you can rule out the possibility of a mod causing the problem by temporarily disabling all plugins. You can do that by editing you includes/config.php and adding this line at the top just under the <?php line:
