How to remove Text enhancement?

I run vb4.2.0 and i would like to know how can i remove the annoying Text enhancement from my forum?

I hate it when i mouse over a word and automatically a box pops up with an ad.

Please can anyone tell me how to remove this annoying crap Powered by Text-Enhance.
