Ad inside first post, not on the right side but on the bottom

Can someone please tell me what do I have to do to make this happen.

VB's Control Panel does give an option to display an ad inside first post on the top right but I want it to display where the content ends at the bottom. It has to be inside the first post though.

Maybe some tweaks in that template?

I appreciate you taking the time to find me all these links.

The ad has to be inside the first post. It has to display on first post of all the pages of an individual thread.

All of the above links tell you either right after the first post or shows second post as an ad.
