I have started a new site in Australia which is a community site about Holden cars and meets.

I am running vB 4.2.0 and I am looking for someone to help me fix up a few things on the site mainly PHP setting and add some mods that i need, and fix up some variables setting.

There is a bit of work that needs doing and i am willing to do a partnership with the person that can help me fix the site, that's if you like cars ofcourse, my partner would not have to pay any money for the site nor the server.

What php settings and what plugins a full list of both will help

The php settings is for the (Welcome) Area to be moved down to the black area away from the logo, the other thing is the logo stretches too much across when people use their laptops or mobiles, the forum shrinks down but not the logo.
Also i need the Advaned search removed from the top r/hand side.

The plugin i need updated is the the product - awio i need that updated from vb 3 to vb4, because i need the Auto Refresh function.
