Looking for Mod Directory like vbulletin.org's

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if any one knows if there is a modification that acts how vbulletin.org works with the modifications section. (I have searched on numerous occassions but to no avail)

I would like to have one forum board that members can post modifications/plugins, basically it works similiar to how it works on this site.

Awesome addon, I have it installed on my 3.8.4 test site (link below)
It comes with all the features you are asking for but you will need to create the forums that will be used for modifications, styles, articles....etc...

I was starting to think it was all in my mind, lol.

I'm hoping the 3.7.3 version of that mod will work on 3.6.8.
