Need help on this sidebar button

Hi all:

I hope someone know about this already and assist me to do the following:

1) See the attachment first, no. 1 is too wide and I want to narrow it about half. What templete should I come in to change it?

2) No. 2, the sidebar button needed to move up higher to the top. What templet should I come in to change it?

3) No. 3, if I wanted to extend it out, just the sidebar button only, where should I come in to change it?

I am new to this.
