I Copy the URL address and upload in the attachments .. but It can't be uploaded.

Go to Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Upload

Upload a test file and report back with what it says.

It's likely a permissions issue but we'll see.

Try turning safe mode on in Server & Optimization settings, and set an temp directory, and then chmod the temp directory to 777.

The temp directory should be "above" your "public_html" directory.
