VB 4.2.0 Activity Stream -> Jomsocial

Just an idea:

I love the new "activity stream" feature of vBulletin 4.2.0.

Would be even nicer if Joomla/vBulletin users could merge that into their Jomsocial activity stream.

Was just looking at the database tables for activities in vBulletin 4.2.0 and jReviews (Joomla). I'm too rusty to try programming it now but it looks quite easy to take the stream from jReviews and append it to vBulletin's activity stream. That assumes that your users are the same using a bridge such as jFusion.

If one can create that mod (and perhaps even extend it to other Joomla extensions), one can do away with Jomsocial and run all of that through the vBulletin suite! Wow!

For those running vBulletin and jReviews (Joomla), Community Builder (CB) has a free version that might be better than messing with JomSocial (which I have). CB looks like you can customize it much further which is more important for linking to vB profiles, etc.
