mod request!

hey guys I have a request for a mod, I was think about either calling it Image Showcase or image Studio, I want it to be similar to the media library but instead of having just a url box I was hoping it to have a url box and a image upload function so that members can choose to upload images straight from their computers, if any one is interested in this request I appreciate and help with this very so.^ ^
