You have too many ads in the header. I can understand the need to monetize, but 2 rows of ads in the header is a little too much. You should also consider having a fixed layout. i am using a 1600 pixels wide display, the forum stretches forever and it's hard to read such long lines. Otherwise it's looking clean and nice. Good job with it.
