CKEditor -- How to change background color of content ?

Hi,
Could anyone please let me know how to change the background color of the content using the ckeditor ? I don't see the background color toolbar control in the ckeditor's toolbar. Also how can one change the background color of a table's cell ? When I right click on the table cell I don't see the cell properties that would allow me to set the cell background.
