Req: Show Avatar hack

Was wondering if there could be a hack made that would allow the user in a post they are starting, to choose to display their avatar or choose to not display it.

We have custom avatars on my board (so telling me to reduce size wont work..:P) that are 130x280. Some users want to post a one line question at times and not have unused space...but theres no way to do so without totally removing the avatar from their profile or such.

i didnt see any hacks of this nature here (I do search before hand so theres no repeat requests..:P)

I had seen something on this on a php board...but not sure. Even if someone knows if it were possible is all I need to know...:)

I would really appreciate this, as well. Most people don't like to use their avatars more than once or twice in a thread.

..I had the time to learn more about php and all...heh..poor guys here are overworked..
