How to edit Modcp permissions for Moderators and Administrator?

Admincp left hand side Usergroups>click on usergroup manager>edit usergroup "Moderators" and "Super moderators"

For admins click Administrator Permissions under usergroups on the left hand side

but there is not any option for MODCP these all are for forum,

actually what i want that Moderator was trying to edit user profile via modcp but there is not any submit or save button...

Try Forums & Moderators -> Show All Moderators, then click "Edit Permissions".
