Hello,
I just bought the licence and was wondering if anyone would know if it is possible to link a website with
homepage: example.com
to the homepage of vbulletin:
http://example.com/forum/index.php
The word "example" is the same word for both urls.
Also is it possible to place a hyperlink on vbulletin back to example.com ?
As I am completely new to forums setup, could some one tell me how to write the html code if that is needed.
Thanks:)
You could try this: in the adminCP, under Settings -> Options, select the "Site Name / URL / Contact Details" section and set "Homepage URL" to the URL of your home page.

Where would you like to add the link? If at the footer follow the instructions mentioned above. If you want to add it to the navbar then have a look at my mod here

Thanks. I already have that done but the link appears only as a footer.
I was hoping to put it also as a prominent header.
It seems too unnoticeable down at the bottom and in general I believe that could be frustrating for visitors.

Yes, I was hoping to have it as a header but I don't know html.
After seeing that page of code I think I'll leave it as a footer as I don't want to make a complete mess.
Anyway does it work for version 4.1.12 ?
