Hi,

I have vBulletin 4 Suite and like how professional it looks, butttttttt I feel the style looks a bit boring and generic. I came across sexforums.com and found it to be just awesome to look at, from the Live Feed widgets to the Recent Posts to the photo and video gallery, it's just really full of color, full of activity, polls, etc....are there modifications for vBulletin that can do these sort of things? From what I was able to find, Sexforums.com is powered by IP.Board Invision.

I'm a newbie and still just playing around with my vBulletin software, but after a Google search of other "powered by vBulletin" sites, it seems they all look pretty much the same. Bland. Different skins/themes perhaps, but essentially same boring layout. So I'm curious what I can do to change things up a bit. Add more interactive widgets, more color, more options and activity...sorry if I'm not using the terms right. I feel if vBulletin can't or don't have these modifications that am more swayed to move to the Invision software.

Does anyone know of websites powered by vBulletin that has what I'm talking about? Again, I'm very drawn to how sexforums.com looks because of it's layout, color, interactive widgets, awesome photo/video gallery, member profile, etc and would like to know if vBulletin can do all this. Maybe it can, but it's something I would pay for...as in pay someone to program it? I don't know.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :) Thanks!

Yes, you can do it with vb as well. But that will require some work. And I think that it would be very difficult to find someone that can do all that for free.

Thanks for the response, Borbole. Is what I'm talking about just mods that I can find on this site? I want to try to add these modifications myself if they're available. If they aren't around, I assume I'll have to pay to have someone make them or whatever.

It's promising to know vBulletin can have these features though. Kinda don't want to move to another software because the vBulletin forum help is so key.

You can search the mod site and if you do not find/see them there then you can request them and hopefully someone will code them for you.
