Members not able to add avatar

Good Morning Guys , i launch my site today and am having a big problem with my forums, basically members are not able to add their avatars to the site. Now me and my administrators are able to to this with no problems. This is my site , if someone here can please register and check what am talking about in my forums , please help , any help will be very much appreciated, if someone here can help , i will be willing to pay with a gift via paypal ! Maybe is something simple enough!

i have 4.1.11 version

Go into your Admin CP.
Then to User Groups
User Group Manager
Then click on the Go button on the right of 'Registered Users'
Then search for 'Can Upload Custom Avatars'
And make sure it's set to yes
Scroll to the bottom and click Update
All should be fine then
