Just got spammed with 200 posts-how to clear sidebar contents

How do I delete the spam in my sidebar. To my knowledge , deleted everything else.

Looks OK now - I guess this resolved itself? I think you probably needed to wait for the cache to expire or else clear it.

I went back after my post and again, cleared everything that I could find. Yes, the sidebar issue was later resolved.
