Automatic thread move on post?

Hello,

Is it possible to automatically move a thread when someone posts on it. I have a news section with RSS feeds which gets a lot of threads, but only some of the threads are of interest to my users. When a user replies to one of the RSS threads I want it to move to another section.

Instead of on each post this will be a scheduled task that runs as often as you want.
