When you click the link - a paid ad page from myfilestore.com comes up:

The actual site should come up though. Has anyone seen such a thing before? How can we correct this?

Ive seen something similar, it also appears that it only happens on the first visit, anything after is ok.

Check index.php/forum.php/vbseo.php for something similar to this.

As snakes said and remove any extra files you do not recognize/or not part of vbulletin and hacks.
