category widget modified

in this widget i have made a main category:
AE Network
and a sub category:
AE Contest
Browser Games

It's odd i see in category widget
AE Network > AE Contest
AE Network
AE Network > Browser Games

i'd like to have the category widget display in this way:

AE Network
AE Network > AE Contest
AE Network > Browser Games

And if there's an option to indent
like this (if there are sub cat).

AE Network
> AE Contest
> Browser Games
