Deleted Users?

Hello,

Recently instead of reinstalling my forums to wipe all the users, i manually deleted all the users. When some of the same users tried re-registering it said their name was taken when it wasn't, is there anyway i can fix this?

The Username Reuse Delay is already set at 0 for disable.

I could register with the old names again, but the message of it saying that it has already been used or does not meet administrator standards still pops up, any thoughts?

The Username Real Expression or whatever, reuse delay and others are all empty.

How did you delete all the users?
You will need to go into your cpanel/phpmyadmin & empty all user tables but yours.

I deleted them by mass pruning them via admin cpanel.

Edit:

I found all the users, however there are NO users in the table except the ones that just registered today (about 20)

However, when i try to register, and i use a name that used to be registered, it says it has been taken. However, when i click on register, it goes through.

Update:

Reinstalled my forums, and it still says that. I deleted the whole database, and it STILL says that it does not meet administrator standards and that it is already in use

Thoughts?
