Need a custom theme

I'm looking to get a custom theme built for a reasonable price. I've found a few sites that will do it but they want like $300-400 or more and the themes these other sites have made are horrible. If I'm gonna shell out $$ I want an amazing theme.

I have a gaming community I'm creating called Rising-Sun Gaming or Kamikaze Tactics. I need a theme that will reflect the community's name.

I have some images that could be used for the theme :D

Added some images I'd like incorporated into the theme/banner. Those colors red/black or red/white are perfect as well.
