Plugin To Post Threads On Facebook From Selected Forums Automatically?

Is there a plugin that will post all of our threads from a specific forum, to our Facebook page?

Have you tried a search on "facebook*" "all mods""titles only"? If there is a mod to do this, I would think that would find it.

Yes I did, however out of the half a dozen I found, none of them seemed to do what I am wanting. Was hoping someone could point me to the needle in the haystack? :)
