Im completely lost here, so any help would be greatly appreciated..
Im running Windows Server 2008 Enterprise, with IIS 7.5. Ive installed a SMTP Server through the features list on IIS, and test it using a simple PHP Mail script. It works.
Ive configured vBulletin every way possible but it still will not send an email using this server... The server is on Localhost with no username or password. Ive tried to enable the -f parameter but nothing will work.. Any suggestions?
As a complete last resort i tried to configure vBulletin to use smtp.google.com and just use my GMail, that also failed.
Its like vBulletin cannot connect to anything for some reason..
Also, is there an error log i can find somewhere, That may tell me exactly whats wrong?
Thanks

Heres a funny one... i went in to the maintenance part of the site to test the email, and it worked! However new user registration emails aren't sending..
