Think way back to when you first started your vBulletin forum how you started in getting it going with content. Did you do all yourself?
Two common ways I've started besides me and a couple others that have helped create threads/replies posts all the SEO that gets started slowly are:
- Paid Posters - Thread Creators
- Small number of RSS feeds from a bigger news source
These aren't the best options, what are some starting up skills from the past you've done?

Ask online friends to post for you. Generally the people you meet online share the same interests. This obviously depends on your niche and the people you meet online.

Or something which might not seem right for everyone but, have a bunch of discussions with yourself i.e make multiple accounts and interact with yourself on various topics.

Paid posters is a waste of money, rss feeds just means there is a forum better than you and is already addressing the needs of the community.
