Missing Options From Customize Profile

I just moved a new skin from a test install to our live forum, but after importing the new skin I noticed I am missing the background options from the Customize Profile settings. Is there somewhere that controls if those options are removed? Or some other setting I'm missing?

I'm not sure what you mean. Can we get an image to show us what is missing (before and after images)?
