This mod will add 7 extra settings on user per user basis. The permissions are:

1) Use of signatures

2) Use of Pm

3) Use of emails

4) Use of reputation points

5) Posts and thread moderation

6) Daily posts limit

7) Daily threads limit

This is handy if you do not want to set up extra groups for the above mentioned restrictions and can apply them the easy way to individual users without them changing their group. This is also handy in case an user misbehaves or is trigger happy so to speak with posts and abusing the reputation system.

To install the mod import the .xml file from your Manage Products area at your Admin Panel.

To configure it go your Acp->Users. Choose the user/s that you want to restrict from one of the above mentioning options, click at Edit Profile and all the way to the bottom on the right, you will see a new setting that says: Miscellaneous Options. Configure the extra options according to your likings/needs.

You can also exclude a forum/forums from the Reputation Points, Moderation and Daily Posts&Threads restrictions by going to your Acp->Forums & Moderators->Forum Manager. Choose the forum/s that you want to exclude from the above mentioned restrictions, click at Edit Forum and all the way to the bottom, you will see a new setting that says: Miscellaneous Options. Set Exclude this forum from individual users restrictions? to Yes and save the changes.

The version attached here has only the Signature option. The expanded version is on sale at my forum:

To install the mod upload the includes folder inside the mod package to your forum 's includes folder and then import the .xml file from your Manage Products area at your Admin Panel.

-this post should be edited since you only included the xml for download- no includes folder (must be for the paid version)

-pro has all the options

-this has only disable signatures, correct?

Ahh I liked it too soon then! Come on now Borbole you can do better than one feature right? Maybe at least 2 or 3 because I was about to install this bad boy before noticing that . Although it is good to see you back to releasing new mods :D.

Also everyone please PM (Private Message) Borbole to discuss the pro version as discussion about paid/pro mods on the forum is limited therefor we can't allow constant discussion about it respectively.

From the picture of pro version, I see that there's an error in phrasing definition in settings.

You're asking if user follows moderation rulles, and if set to yes, his posts are put in moderation. It should be phrased differently, either that answer is no (user doesn't follow moderation rules, i.e. his posts need to be moderated), or that you rephrase question in: User doesn't follow moderation rules, in which case answer yes is correct for placing posts in moderation.

Of course, you need to rephrase description too.

This is from usergroup settings:

Follow Forum Moderation Rules
If no, posts are always placed into moderation queue

If you disable this option then all posts made by members of this group will go into the moderation queue. You will need to validate their posts before they show up on the forums.

You want to have usual usergroups to have this as yes, because this trumps no

This is apart from the group permissions. Meaning it will not interfere with any other permission settings. For example if a certain group is allowed to use signatures but you want to restrict an user or several users from that group to not place signatures then you can do so at the extra settings of my mod for that user. The same goes for the other restrictions. But I agree about the moderation phrase. I just changed it. Thank you for your suggestion :)

The version attached here has only the Signature option.
so why I will use it :)
I can do this normal :
from AdminCP >> User group Manager >> Signature Permissions >> Can Use Signatures
"No"

That option is for the whole group. Where with this mod you can restrict particular user/users from using signatures without having to create an extra group for just that.

But if you do not want to use the mod then don''t :)

I might make a version with all 8 settings, and a few more, and release it for free.

I purchased & installed the full version in my vB4.2.0pl3, works nicely.

But unfortunately it does not work for Tapatalk users, which are many on our forum ... I'll PM support to ask if the support can be added, that would make a huge difference.
